The accommodation has three bedrooms. One of them is located at the entrance of the house and features a private shower room. After passing through the main door, you enter the living room, which includes a reading corner and faces the dining area. The entire space opens onto a terrace with unobstructed views of the villa and, in the distance, the sea.
On the opposite side, there is a bathroom and, at the back, a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen leads to a large flower-filled patio, furnished to make the most of the space — perfect for enjoying outdoor meals around a barbecue.
Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a double bed and another, more spacious, with two single beds and a small desk. A third bathroom is also located on this floor.
All the bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning, and each bathroom has a toilet.
Finally, set apart from the patio and after passing through two small gates, you will find the swimming pool (3.5 x 5 m), surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, in a flowered setting ideal for relaxation.
