1. Purpose – These conditions define the rights and obligations related to the holiday rental. Any booking implies full acceptance.
2. Booking – Effective after a 30% deposit. Balance due one month before arrival. Two reminders in case of non‑payment; without payment, booking is cancelled and deposit retained.
3. Check‑in / Check‑out – Check‑in: 16:00–22:30. Check‑out: before 12:00. Key handover possible at the agency. Keys must be returned at the property.
4. Rules – No pets. No bachelor/bachelorette parties. Peaceful use required.
5. Legal obligations (Spain) – Travellers aged 16+ must present valid ID (DNI, NIE, passport). Data sent to the Guardia Civil.
6. Payment – 30% at booking. Balance one month before arrival. Article 2 applies in case of non‑payment.
7. Security deposit – €300. Cash (by next day) or secure pre‑authorization (Swikley). Refusal = cancellation (one month before arrival or immediate on site). Refund after inspection.
8. Cancellation – Free up to 30 days before arrival (10 € fee). After that, payments are non‑refundable.
9. Capacity – Number of guests limited to the maximum capacity. Respect for property and neighbours required.
10. Services – Included: bed linen and towels. Not included: replenishment of sanitary products.
11. Pool / Garden – Weekly pool maintenance. Access must be allowed to pool technician and gardener.
12. Liability – Not responsible for theft, loss, outages, or external events. Pool: adults are solely responsible for supervising children.
13. Personal data – Used only for booking management and legal obligations.
14. Acceptance – Booking confirmation implies acceptance of these conditions.
